About De Branderij

What will you do?

As Floor Manager / Shift Leader, you are the point of contact on the floor. You keep operations running smoothly, lead the team and help wherever needed, maintaining the quality, atmosphere and hospitality De Branderij is known for.

Your tasks include:
• Leading and motivating the team during your shift
• Ensuring daytime and evening shifts run smoothly
• Maintaining communication between kitchen and service
• Overseeing hygiene and safety
• Contributing improvements to service and efficiency

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:
• Has hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Is sociable, welcoming and good under pressure
• Keeps an overview, even during busy periods
• Is a true team player who inspires others
• Holds a Social Hygiene qualification, or is willing to obtain it; this is an advantage
