Floor manager

Location: Groningen
Employment: full-time / part-time, by agreement
Salary: in line with the hospitality collective labour agreement and experience

Chupitos Groningen is the North's shot bar: busy nights, creative shots and a young, energetic team. To support our growth, we are looking for a hands-on floor manager who loves nightlife and wants to build Chupitos' future alongside the general manager.

What will you do?
You will be the operational point of contact during the night, actively working on the floor, leading the team and maintaining service, atmosphere and quality.
You will also handle opening and closing, stock management, identifying problems and training new colleagues.

Who are we looking for?
Experience in bars or cafés; supervisory experience is an advantage
A speaker of Dutch and English
Available at weekends; most work is at night
An SVH Social Hygiene qualification, or willingness to obtain it
Proactive, sociable, solution-oriented and a real night owl
