As a shift leader at Het Concerthuis, you will oversee the front-of-house team on the floor each day. You will work with other shift leaders and waiting staff, with the head of service managing the team as a whole.

As a shift leader, you should enjoy taking the lead, maintaining an overview and motivating people. Experience in table service is essential, preferably with experience in a similar supervisory role. Your personality and commitment should bring something extra to the Het Concerthuis team.

What we are looking for:

- You love Het Concerthuis and its atmosphere
- At least two years of waiting experience is essential. Supervisory experience is an advantage, but not required
- You love hospitality and thrive during busy periods
- You are flexible about your shifts
- You are available at least two days, evenings or nights a week
- Craft beer knowledge and barista experience are strong advantages, but not essential
- Dutch Social Hygiene and workplace emergency response qualifications are an advantage and can also be obtained when you start
