Frans is a modern bistro offering surprises from morning until late: breakfast cocktails, great cakes with coffee, a leisurely lunch, delicious cheeses with drinks and excellent wines with dinner. Visit throughout the day for quality and service in an informal atmosphere.
We need an independently working chef to maintain consistent kitchen quality alongside the head chef. You follow culinary trends and enjoy contributing ideas and experimenting with new dishes. Whether preparing breakfast and lunch or running dinner service, you handle pressure, focus on quality and work well with others. Together with the kitchen team, you ensure HACCP guidelines are followed.
