Service supervisor

We are looking for a full-time senior waiting staff member / host to start immediately

Job description:

In this role, you are a host at Grand Café Hooghoudt. You enjoy delivering excellent guest-focused service. Speed and service are your guiding principles.

Your main responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and serving orders and advising on lunch, dinner and drinks, including beers, wines and Hooghoudt products. During your shift, you are also responsible for colleagues and guest satisfaction. You share responsibility for stock control and daily operations.

Job requirements:

- You are outgoing and enthusiastic

- You have leadership skills

- You understand professional service etiquette

- You have a welcoming approach and a flexible attitude

- You are a supportive team player with a serious approach to work

- Availability during evenings and weekends

- Extensive knowledge of and interest in beers, wines and other drinks

- Full command of Dutch is essential; a good command of

English and German is desirable

- Relevant experience in a similar role is essential
