We are looking for a manager who maintains an overview, brings energy and leads the team through busy evenings and wonderfully quiet moments alike.

What will you do?

As manager, you are the face on the floor. You:
• Work hands-on and lead by example
• Lead the team and build a strong, positive team atmosphere
• Keep calm during peak periods
• Make quiet evenings special for guests and staff too
• Contribute creative ideas for atmosphere, service and guest experience
• Organise effectively and stay on top of scheduling and daily operations
• Adapt easily and are flexibly available

What do we ask of you?
• At least two years of experience in hospitality management
• Experience in both bar work and table service
• Natural team-building ability and strong people skills
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented and proactive
• A Social Hygiene qualification is an advantage
• Flexible, responsible and enthusiastic
