Are you a creative chef with a love of global cuisine? Mr. Smith's Loft in Groningen needs an independently working chef to bring our international menu to life and surprise guests with flavours from around the world.

About our kitchen
Our menu is a culinary journey, from classic dishes with a twist to exciting flavours from Asia, South America and the Middle East. At Mr. Smith's Loft, we value quality, creativity and experiences. You can help build an ever-interesting menu with room for your ideas and inspiration.

What will you do?
Independently prepare and present dishes from a range of world cuisines.
Help develop new dishes and specials for our extensive menu.
Prepare mise en place and deliver organised service, including during peak periods.
Maintain our high standards of quality, flavour and presentation.
Ensure hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP.
Work with the team and support apprentices or assistant chefs.
