Vacancy: Temporary cleaner – restaurant and bar
Weekly hours: approximately 10
Working days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Dates: January 2026 to 31 July 2026
Working hours: mornings, finishing by 14:00 at the latest.
Location: Dokjard brewery/bistro

About the role
We are looking for a motivated, thorough cleaner to join our team. You will keep the restaurant, bar and sanitary facilities exceptionally clean and tidy. You work independently in the morning, before our hospitality colleagues, who often work evenings, start their preparations.
Your tasks
• Thoroughly clean the restaurant area.
• Put the parasols outside: a task for someone strong and energetic
• Clean and disinfect toilets and washrooms.
• Clean the bar floor and surrounding bar area.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste.
• Replenish supplies such as soap and toilet paper.
We ask for
• Cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• You will often be the friendly face welcoming our suppliers, and you will get to know Freddy.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently during morning hours.
We offer
• A temporary seven-month contract of approximately 10 hours per week.
• Regular morning hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, ideal alongside school hours or other commitments.
• A pleasant atmosphere in a very friendly team. You may only briefly see colleagues in the morning, or not at all. They may have worked the previous evening and left cigarette ends behind.
• Pay in line with the hospitality collective labour agreement.
