Floor manager

As a shift leader, you bring the energy that makes our venue buzz. You instinctively know how to maintain a great atmosphere and lead with flair. You thrive in a busy venue and put everyone in the right place. Together, we make every service enjoyable for guests and the team alike.

What will you do?
- Be a visible host and coach, actively working on the floor and supporting colleagues.
- Share responsibility for operational leadership and coaching of the waiting team.
- Help with planning and contribute to team development.
- Maintain quality and compliance with requirements such as HACCP.

Who are we looking for?
- Someone with at least six years of hospitality experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Someone who embodies our values and inspires, coaches and motivates the team.
- Hospitality comes naturally to you, and you lead by example.
- You enjoy organising and take a proactive approach.
- A hands-on person who handles pressure well and thrives in a full restaurant.

Experience in a similar role is essential.
